Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nursing aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our senior clients in their homes or healthcare facilities. Compensation & Benefits: In this role, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to senior clients in their homes or healthcare facilities, including assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Monitor and document changes in clients' health and report any concerns to the appropriate medical professionals
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members
• Follow all care plans and protocols as outlined by the client's physician or healthcare facility
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in the state of Hawaii
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
