As a Senior Program Specialist here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a critical role in managing and executing various programs within the business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure their successful delivery. Your expertise in program management and your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in driving the success of our programs. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our 1 location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs. You will be responsible for managing program budgets, tracking progress, and ensuring that program objectives are met. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs within the business unit
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives and deliverables
• Manage program budgets and track expenses
• Monitor program progress and ensure that milestones are met • Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Revenue and Billing Forecast as per Company and PMP standards

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $131,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Intelligent risk taking and self-motivated and open to challenges
• Construction domain expertise with BMS or Fire Alarm or digital Security
