The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you'll lead our team of Inside Solar Consultants, playing a key role in driving sales growth and success. You'll collaborate closely with senior management to set and achieve ambitious goals while upholding high performance standards.
What You'll Do
Lead the development and growth of a talented Inside Sales team.
Partner with senior leadership to craft winning sales strategies.
Coach and train your team, equipping them with exceptional product knowledge, referral generation skills, and efficient sales processes.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to your team, leading them through critical sales opportunities.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and company-wide success.
Foster a continuous learning environment, identifying ways to improve sales processes and products.
Champion high professional standards and ensure consistent, accurate sales planning.
Who You Are
A seasoned sales management professional with at least 3+ years of experience in the solar industry, specifically leading inside sales teams.
A proven track record of success in inside solar sales, with at least 2+ years of high performance.
An adept leader with a knack for developing and motivating teams in a remote setting, managing across multiple time zones.
A strong communicator with exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit.
