Reporting to the Lead 3D Character Artist, our Senior 3D Chracter Artist will have the following main responsibilities:
Manage 3d characters modeling pipelines, high and low poly;
Responsible for the final technical quality of the 3d characters;
Creation of the technical requirement documentation for 3d characters.
2+ years of experience in senior 3d character position for casual mobile games or similar;
At least 1 finished game in portfolio;
Familiarity with cartoon Disney\Pixar art style;
Strong professional portfolio with high-quality examples 3D characters in cartoon style;
Familiarity with standard 3D character production pipelines for the game industry;
Master at least one of these tools: 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush;
Strong knowledge in texturing using Photoshop and/or Substance Paint;
Deep understanding of material shaders and the best rendering engines like Marmoset, Arnold, or V-Ray;
Good communication skills;
Spoken and written English (Intermediate or higher).
Bonus points:
Experience in agile-based/SCRUM development;
Experience in character animation;
2d illustrator or quick sketches skills;
Passion for SLG games and experience in creating them.
