Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing roofing projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of roofing/construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, organize, and manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against these plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise roofing installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of roofing projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to review project proposals, estimates, and contracts, and provide input on project feasibility and cost considerations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Project Manager or people management experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of roofing products is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle capable of hauling some material and to travel to project sites as needed.
