Job Description

Quick Response Triage Registered Nurses facilitate the prioritization of patients and families that require compassionate, hands-on nursing by understanding the scope of the caregivers in the team, the location of the patient in the territory, and through effective communication.

Hospice nurses play a vital role in helping patients spend their final days in a way that truly reflects who each individual is and what matters to them most. More than providing medical care, it’s about going above and beyond to honor their wishes and ensure they have dignity and comfort. This requires a deeper level of commitment and compassion but the impact is immeasurable. • 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required.
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Schedule and handle incoming calls for the weekend shift; past experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities.

Triage RN Schedules & Benefits:
