Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales through effective cold calling and email marketing strategies. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
  • Sales Conversion: Guide leads through the sales process, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Data Management: Accurately track and document all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasion: Proven ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
