Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced team. This role requires a winning mindset, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate is eager to learn quickly and independently, think outside the box, and take initiative to drive marketing projects forward with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management – Responsible for website updates to ensure it is functional, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience and business goals.
• Social Media Management – Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including content creation (create, post, and schedule content on Norman's social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & LinkedIn), social listening, and campaign coordination.
• Unmatched Attention to Detail – Ensure all materials and online content are error-free and align with brand standards.
• Project & Administrative Support – Provide coordination and support across various marketing initiatives.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related areas

Marketing & Social Media Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & LinkedIn)
• Experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media content using video and photo editing tools such as Canva.

Soft Skills:

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A "can-do" attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Familiarity with website management platforms like WordPress
• Understanding of influencer marketing
