Job Description:

Twine Chart is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns managing digital content and contributing to overall brand strategy.

Salary: $22.50 $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events webinars and trade shows.

• Content Creation:

  • Create edit and publish engaging content for various channels including social media email newsletters and the company website.
  • Assist with the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures flyers and presentations.

• Digital Marketing:

  • Support digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM email marketing and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on research findings to inform marketing strategies.

• Administrative Support:

  • Manage marketing calendars schedules and budgets.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
• Proficiency with marketing software and tools including MS Office Suite and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
