Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for technology and innovation? We are seeking a talented IT Director to join our team and lead the strategic direction, operations, and initiatives of the Information Technology department. In this role, you will play a critical part in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology to support growth and success.
As IT Director, you will report directly to the CFO and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that IT infrastructure and systems are optimized for efficiency, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with organizational goals and prepares for future growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations on using technology to achieve business objectives.
Lead IT governance and strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and effective risk management practices.
Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, third-party vendors, and telecommunications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Manage resource planning, annual budget preparation, and performance evaluations to meet current and future technology needs.
Establish key metrics and KPIs to track IT performance and provide regular updates to the executive leadership.
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes overseeing hiring, training, and professional development to stay ahead of emerging technologies.
Evaluate, implement, and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes and improve the customer experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure robust cybersecurity and data protection strategies to safeguard company assets and customer information.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure resilience and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs, set priorities, and implement tools that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Support the organization's ISO objectives and policies, including participation in the company's quality programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in strategic roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of IT governance, infrastructure, and emerging technology trends.
Experience with various systems and platforms (e.g., Syteline, Power BI, SalesForce, SQL, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and analytical skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $150,000 to $180,000 annually. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
