HVAC Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We are searching for a qualified HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and longevity. You will be a key part of keeping our customers comfortable throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems).
• Clean and replace air filters.
• Inspect ductwork for leaks and blockages.
• Check refrigerant levels and top off if necessary.
• Test and calibrate thermostats.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
• Perform basic repairs as authorized.
• Maintain detailed service records.
• Provide excellent customer service, clearly explaining findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification (EPA 608 Universal Technician Certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance (or related field).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
