Position Summary As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health & happiness of our hotel guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with hotel standards. The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week. Responsibilities:
  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors.
  • Change linens, towels, and other guest room amenities as needed.
  • Replenish room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, and tissues.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
