Vernaeve Raamsystemen b.v. is seeking a Health Educator to join our team. As a Health Educator, you will play a vital role in promoting and educating individuals and communities about health and wellness. As a Health Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by addressing health concerns and providing valuable information. You will be responsible for designing and implementing health education programs and campaigns to raise awareness about various health topics. These programs may target specific demographics or focus on general health and wellness.

In addition, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and schools to deliver educational sessions, workshops, and presentations. You will develop educational materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and online resources to support your initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to conduct research and analyze health data to identify trends and develop evidence-based strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement health education programs and campaigns to address various health concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and schools to deliver educational sessions, workshops, and presentations
• Develop educational materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and online resources
• Conduct research and analyze health data to identify trends and develop evidence-based strategies
• Assess the educational needs of individuals and communities to inform program development
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health education interventions
• Provide one-on-one health education and counseling to individuals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field
• Proven experience in health education or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of health promotion theories and strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement educational materials and programs
• Proficient in data analysis and research methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about promoting health and wellness
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of local health regulations and policies is a plus
