We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them on their journey to success with our innovative software solutions.

What You'll Do:

Onboarding & Implementation: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and successful product adoption.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding their unique business needs and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of our solutions.
Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers at all levels, from individual users to executive sponsors.
Product Expertise: Become a true product expert, demonstrating how our solutions can address customer challenges and drive business growth.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for customer success and a desire to build long-term relationships.
Experience with customer onboarding and implementation processes.
Prior experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus.
