Creative Director
Position Overview The Creative Director will lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's vision and branding strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our projects and ensuring high-quality deliverables across various media. This role will have a strong focus on print deliverables and create designs and layout centered on product photography.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the creative team in brainstorming and developing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, branding projects, and product designs.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects, ensuring they meet the established vision and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining budget constraints.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members, fostering a collaborative creative environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.
This is a full time role slated to start as soon as the right candidate is identified. This role requires being onsite 5 days/week in Brookhaven, GA.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
