Job Description

Quiet and professional apartment community is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial management of the apartment community. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents and prospects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations .
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in   Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm with some Saturdays required.

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 to start.
