Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Nursing Home Administrator in overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
2. Manage and coordinate the facility's personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluation.
3. Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality of care.
4. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
5. Assist with financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
6. Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure the best possible care for residents.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or a related field required.
2. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
3. Valid state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility.
5. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Passion for providing quality care to the elderly and disabled population.
